The 18th annual Springfest will take place Tuesday, April 17 in the South Building, Halls F & G of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The exhibits will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The Springfest Show Team wants to ensure that your exhibit experience meets your expectations. Please take a moment to read the Exhibiting Specifications below and the Show Policies & Standards included with your Booth Contract package. Contact us if you have any questions concerning the layout of your booth space.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

Springfest started out as a table-top Show however most exhibitors now bring their full backwall display – the maximum height is 8 ’ and the maximum width is 10’ (unless written approval has been granted one (1) month prior to the event).

DEADLINE DATES

Be sure to order any show services you require before the deadline dates to take advantage of the advance order discounts. Deadline dates are indicated on the individual supplier order forms.

LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL

Each exhibitor will receive one 800 watt electrical outlet per 5’ x 10’ contracted space. If you require additional outlets please order through ShowTech Power & Lighting. Select the tab “SUPPLIERS” located at the top of this page for the order form and pricing.

4’ DRAPED TABLE

Each year we have had fewer table-top displays as exhibitors are choosing to bring their full backwall. Last year we ask exhibitors to let us know if they did not require the table however this caused confusion during Move-in, at a time when we are under considerable time constraints, therefore we will provide each exhibitor with a 4' draped table unless otherwise instructed by you. If you do not require a table, email Susan Boyd Van Exan at sboydvanexan@mmart.com by Tuesday, March 27 and in the subject line include Remove Springfest 4' Table..

PARKING

Discounted parking passes can be purchased from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Please check the "SUPPLIERS" tab at the top of the page for pricing and order form.

MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT

Move-in will start at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17 and your booth must be completely set by 9:00 a.m. as the show doors will open at 10:00 a.m. Most exhibitors will park in the South Building underground parking garage and carry or roll their exhibitry to their booth using the elevators or escalators.

Our hall rental starts at 7:00 a.m. so we are unable to authorize move-in the day before the event. If you are unable to move-in from the underground parking safely (with one hand on the hand rail) and require loading dock access please send an email to Susan Boyd Van Exan at sboydvanexan@mmart.com as soon as possible. We will have a few 4-wheel dollies available for you to use to move your exhibtry from your vehicle to the show floor.

Move-out will take place immediately following the close of the Show at 2:00 p.m. For liability purposes, exhibitors must not pack up any earlier than 2:00 p.m.

All exhibitry must be removed from the show floor no later than 4:00 p.m. If any part of an exhibit is left behind it will be shipped out of the building through the official show transportation company GES CANADA at the expense of the exhibitor.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS - Special Rate Offer Extended

Arrive early and avoid the morning rush hour by booking with the InterContinental - Toronto Centre the night before the Show. For the past two years, bad weather and major traffic tie ups have made it a particularly challenging drive in the morning of the Show. The InterContinental, located right next door to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, is offering Springfest Exhibitors a special room rate for the evening of Monday, April 16th. To receive this offer book your room no later than Monday March 26th.
