For the past seventeen years, Springfest has been a unique, affordable one-day event for suppliers to meet over 1,700 property managers, building owners, facility managers and plant engineers from across the Greater Toronto area.

The 18th annual Springfest will take place Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building. The Show will open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 2:00.p.m.

Free seminars and meetings will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon  for property managers of office, condominium, apartment, social housing, industrial, government, medical, hotel and educational buildings.

Quite different than a conventional table top show, the Show Floor is designed so that visitors walk by each exhibit at least twice. Visitors are also invited to enjoy complimentary draft beer and a free buffet luncheon from various food stations located throughout the exposition.

The event has historically been an outstanding success. Over 200 spaces are available - 5’ x 10’ spaces at $1,200 plus HST and 5' x 15' spaces at $1,300 plus HST for suppliers who exhibited in PM Expo 2011. Rates are $1,400 and $1,500 for companies who did not exhibit in PM Expo 2011.
