Managing, Maintaining & Operating Your Building

Springfest offers the a indepth educational program of seminars and technical presentations for building owners, property manages, facility managers , building engineers, and other real estate operations professionals. 

The educational program will feature over 30 speakers participating in condensed seminar series with 18 sessions. The presentations will focus on a wide range of issues and best practices for the operations, renovation, retrofit, maintenance and management of all types of buildings. Topics will include: Energy Managment and Savings, Legal and Regulatory Issues, Increasing the Asset Value of Your Building, Strategies for Greening Your Building and more.

The conference program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building. Seminar details will be available in March.
